Erie Shore Industrial Radiator has more than 50 years of combined experience in the radiator business.

Established Oct of 2007, We are a family owned and operated facility. We have grown into a company that can handle all your radiator, charge air coolers, and oil cooler needs.

We are located just outside of Cleveland in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

We service all radiators, from automotive to truck and industrial, with capabilities to make minor repairs, completely rebuild or replace a radiator. Our equipment can clean, test and diagnose all types of cooling systems from gas engines to diesel, including low flow radiators.

We also repair lift truck, tow motor and crane radiators.

At ESI we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. Depending on the complexity of the problem, many of our jobs are completed the same or next day.

We offer pickup and delivery to your facility, or you can stop by and check out our shop.

Aluminum Welding

Erie Shore Industrial Radiator specializes in aluminum welding. We can repair most fuel tanks. You can usually have them back within a few days. We also do light fabrication. We have one of the best aluminum welders in the City of Cleveland.

This tank was fabricated into 1/2 diesel 1/2 hydraulic.

We have Mig and Tig welding capabilities, specializing in aluminum, along with plasma cutting for all types of fuel tanks. Dented and ruptured tanks can be expertly repaired.

Special modifications can also be made to suit individual equipment needs. We can shorten or lengthen any tank (steel or aluminum)

All tanks are pressure tested after being repaired, and painted, if needed, before leaving our shop.

Rooftop Generator Radiators

ESI Radiator now does rooftop generators. We can come to your facility to evaluate the radiator and let you know if it can be repaired or needs re-cored.

Caterpillar Modular Panels

Caterpillar Modular Cooling systems uses an exclusive two pass cooling system & increased cooling surface area to provide significantly more cooling capacity than conventional systems, making work in higher ambient conditions. Easy To service, modular panels are convenient and easily help to reduce your down time and costs.

Oil Coolers/ Heat Exchangers

ESI has the ability to clean, evaluate, service and pressure test all types of oil coolers, heat exchangers and charge air coolers. We have a complete line of new oil coolers and heat exchangers available for most makes and models. ESI also offers custom build aluminum oil coolers and air coolers.

Charge Air Coolers

The charge air cooler plays a vital part in your truck's performance and fuel efficiency. A leaking charge air cooler can result in the following symptoms:

Loss of engine power
Premature injection failure
Increased fuel consumption
Premature turbo failure
Increased exhaust emissions
Premature piston, ring and valve failure
Premature injection failure

Not only do we handle charge air coolers or some of the biggest names the business like Pertebilt, Mack, Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and Navistar International, but we service them in every way we can. We test all coolers off the vehicle to get a complete overview of any problems. Re-coring is our specialty.
